I recorded a few tunes during the early '80s, but spent most of my time learning from other people's songs and styles. Here's several of the ones that did make it. I'll record some more of those and add them here as they're available. These are more Country-fied than my usual.

I was living in Southern Cal from 1988 to 1993, the last year on my 25' sailboat, after escaping from the mad pace of L.A. (where I made good $ and had few friends). In San Diego my only income was my weekend gig at the O.B. Pier Cafe, where I made few $ and many friends. The pic shown here is a bunch of them making faces behind my back at about 2:00 AM after my Fairwell gig at Cheswick's bar (the inspiration for the title song). These were recorded at my friend Roger Mitchell's place in 1993.
